Jennifer Howell is a practicing Solicitor of England and Wales.

Having qualified in 2008, Jennifer has worked in city center private practice since, specializing in all aspects of estate planning.

Jennifer’s specialism surrounds estate planning such as the avoidance of taxes (inheritance tax, capital gains tax); Will drafting; asset protection Trusts including Life Interest, Discretionary, Disabled Beneficiary Trusts etc; the administration of estates and extraction of Probate Grants; powers of attorney and all types of Court of Protection or OPG Applications; mental capacity issues etc.

Jennifer is a fully Accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and a STEP Will Drafting Affiliate.

Jennifer works closely with the College of Law on a pro bono basis training and mentoring their students in a fully functional legal clinic setting.
